Here in Corfu the jury is still out. I have three small L.frutescens
(from Pepiniere Filippi) that are now beginning their second summer.
They are in an area that gets watered twice a week, and have more or less
doubled in size and look very healthy, but no sign of flowers. Should I
deprive them of water and then flood them?
