The probability I should think is that these plastic pellets are quite inert.
However to make perfectly sure one possibility would be to mix a few of those pinks with some potting mix and sow a few tomato seeds. If these germinate normally I think you can be happy about those pellets. Seedling tomatoes are known for being highly sensitive to toxic influences.
