Ann, Judy,
I second the recommendation of Dry Garden, but would like
to mention some other specialist nurseries in N.Bay:
Neon Palm, Sebastopol - agaves, furcraeas, and tons of palms
Lone Pine, Sebastopol - great collection of small succulents
and bonsai
Great Petaluma Desert, Petaluma - cactii and rare succulents
I don't know that any of those would actually have the agave
you are looking for (call ahead), but all are fun to visit.
And when all else fails, there's always www.froogle.com, where
a search for "agave ocahui" located a source (www.cabrillonets.com)
that ships.
Happy hunting,
