These aren't called "Mother in Law's tongue" as one of
its common names for nothing :).
Anyway, as a sort of experiment, I'm trying a few of
these in ground (nothing special, but the common green
with lighter green fine mottling/variegation). They
got sunburned, but I cut the burned leaves back and
I'm seeing new sprouts. I remember mom having one
indoors for ages and it survived the worst neglect,
and stayed alive. Amazingly tough plants, they are.
