Dear Deborah,
I think you are correct, as my others in part sun are staying green. I have
a neighbor that has it in full sun as a ground cover and her's are
definitely yellowish.

Linda-
I think in your climate full sun is a bit too much for
the Trachelospermum so the yellowing may be from
stress due to to much of a good thing...
Deep green is the desired/normal leaf color, and the
species is quite shade tolerant.

Now you all have me going, I am going to have to go
out and check mine. I seem to recall some of the
leaves turning red in the fall, but never looked at
the flowers closely. The leaves of the one I have
planted in full sun turn somewhat yellow and the one
in part shade seem to stay dark green - does this
seem correct? Or perhaps the one I have growing in
the shade is different than the one I have growing
in the sun.
