Hello all,
I have a seed of Caesalpinia decapetala that I've germinated and have a few questions. I know that this plant is VERY thorny (seems about the level of roses), and that they tend to root where the branches touch the ground. What I was wondering was, how hardy is this plant? What is its potential to turn weedy or worst - invasive in the Monterey area of California? Also, is it a decent pot plant (where I can control it, and keep it trimmed)?
Thank you!
