RE: Keeping track of ornamental seeds?

I've heard about libraries repurposing old card catalogs as seed banks (check out some seeds, grow the plant, save seeds from the fruit and return them to the library). That's probably more than you need, but anything from a recipe box to a plastic shoebox would work, I think.

Subject: Keeping track of ornamental seeds?

How do you keep track of ornamental seeds?

I seem to collect seed packets wherever I go, with every intent of planting the seeds but by time I get home, the packets get scattered everywhere and I forget what I  need to plant when.

Veggies are easy to track but not so much the ornamentals.  Anyone have a good system?
