Unfortunately, I can't think of a single thyme that's at all blue in tone.
Have you considered a white-flowered thyme instead?
I need to update this, but I've got a section of my website devoted to the
thymes I'm growing. You might like to browse through and see if anything

I have to admit I'm quite proud of the "cover page" image I scanned last
month, with a bouquet of different thymes in bloom. I just stuck the
flowers on the scanner, which I've found is an excellent way to get
detailed images of thymes.

thumb isn't always green).
