Well, i've heard that even if the leaves die, the corm often survives.
Wait and see if it puts out a new shoot before trashing it. The one I have
indoors (which is going out as soon as I get the time), is already sending
up a new shoot. Spring is here, so i'm sure it's safe to transplant it to
the garden.
