I'm not sure David, but in working on a landscape for a San Jose garden I
had trouble getting a Fejira selloana (hope I spelled that somewhat right)
of the size I wanted, and when I spoke to a couple of nurseries down here
they mentioned not shipping material up North for that reason. Don't know
if that was just caution or actual law.
