Re: Justicia rizzinii


One nurseryperson testifies online to its blooming
through the snow in their USDA zone 8 nursery. I think
I've seen it here and there in the San Francisco Bay
Area. I grew a small candy-corn-like Justicia in a
windowbox at my apartment in San Francisco. It may
very well have been J. rizzinii. Plenty tough.
