Sorry, but the only one I have seen is at the UCLA Mildred Mathias Botanical
Garden.  Coming from high altitudes in the Andes, I would guess that would
mainly be a subject for growing in the coastal areas in southern California.
It is covered in the Southern California Horticultural Society's book
"Selected Plants for Southern California Gardens", but the entry is from a
specimen brought in from UCLA.  I suspect it might do well in your area.
