Try the pink jonquil, Bell Song. Fragrant, too!

If you like pink bulbs, you might also try the species tulip T. saxatilis. It has pink flowers with a large egg-yolk-yellow spot on the inner base of the flower. I have mine growing in a thimbleful of soil tucked between the roots of a 50-year-old Modesto Ash, and they've thrived there for ten years.

Subject: Daffodil

Dear All,

Narcissus or Daffodil are blooming away here in El Cerrito on the eastern shore of the San Francisco bay (with a view of the Golden Gate bridge). I have been really taken by some of the many varieties available. Especially the little ones, they are just so adorable. That said, any suggestions? Is there something like a really little (flower} pink one out there?
