Hi Joe - just a quick note to advise you that we are putting our property at the corner of Telephone and Clark up for sale. If you know anyone that might be interested in 11 acres corner property with approx 7000 SqFt commercial greenhouse then let them know. The most likely buyer would be someone who just wants to build a large house on the hill at the back of the property and use the existing front house as a guest house. In that case, we anticipate continuing the nursery business as before on a lease back. But if a plant nut is interested then we can certainly accomodate them!
