Epipactis gigantea from seed?

The current JL Hudson catalog lists seed of the western stream orchid,
Epipactis gigantea, and states that it's "easy from seed using standard
orchid culture."  I had thought that orchids were next to impossible from
seed without resorting to relatively complicated sterile culture
techniques.  Is this what he means, or is E. gigantea actually feasible for
the average mortal?  Anyone have any experience with this one?
