While I agree with you about the first two unmentionables I think something
has gone wrong that you have not managed to get the good guys to grow. Are
you sure this is a rust that they get? Are these plants in the ground or in
containers? In hot October weather I found these plants do require water or
they just fold up for another year. They are very drought resistant and
tough but timeliness in when they get their Fall rain is pretty inportant,
I think. Do tell us more.
