The fruiting loquat is Eriobotrya japonica. Bronze loquat is Eriobotrya
deflexa. It makes a smaller "tree" and doesn't bear edible fruit. The
"bronze" refers to the color of the new growth. Both grow well without a
whole lot of attention.
