Macadamias

Hi,
I have three Macadamias, that are about 6 or 7 years old. One did not
grow well but the other two are very big. One, since about two years is
blooming nearly all year long, but never sets nuts. The other newer has
shown any flower.
I visited the Macadamia plantation on the Big Island of Hawaii and they
told me that Macadamias did not need a pollinator. Why than do I have
this trouble?
