Hi, Brent,

I am afraid I did not understand exactly what you need. As you can imagine,
the very concept of native peoples around the Mediterranean is incredibly
wide. It could include anyhting that has lived in the neighbourhood at
least for the last 5,000 years. Just to name a couple of ideas, plants
mentioned in the Bible would apply, as well as plants with a mythical
connection or meaning in ancient Egypt, in Greek mythology, in Roman
ryhtes. Not to mention older peoples -like the so called Pelasgic (?)
cultures. This is a HUGE subject. If you try to explain your requirements a
little, we could restrict your field and I might try to be helpful.
