Re: Fruiting mulberry?

There was a single mulberry in my school yard when I was a child and it,
too, bore fruit.  I checked with a friend from CRFG who grows mulberries
and she said some female trees can bear seedless fruits when not
pollinated.  Also,  some street trees are only males.
Perhaps they are a bit  like papayas, some have complete flowers on one
tree, some have only male  flowers and some only female.
