Folks,
I know this subject came up on this group approx. a year ago. At
that time I was on the other side of the fence, disdainful of the
'complainer'. But now I'm the victim. To wit: sending large picture files
to such a large group carries with it significant risks. I received such a
file a couple of days ago(cotyledon1.jpg) and now I can't access *any* of
my email after that file. The fault is primarily with my screwed up ISP.
The file is large and for some reason my ISP can't keep a continuous
connection long enough to download the whole file. Thus I get disconnected
for inactivity every time I try to get to my mail. Needless to say this is
a major problem for me and I'm partially po'ed at the person who sent the
file.
Don't bother to send me suggestions for solving the problem as I have no
access to my email you see.
