Senecio glastifolius

Does anyone know the cultural requirements of this plant?  I have a
couple of cuttings and want to know whether they are drought tolerant,
or prefer regular water.  In checking the internet, I gather they are
native to S.Africa and are a weed in New Zealand and Australia, but
don't find any other information about them.  Does anyone from that part
of the world know under what conditions they become invasive?
