You may want to consider Teuucrium fruticans, its a nice evergreen gray-green shrub with pale blue flowers all summer. It requires almost no care, cut it back easily if it gets larger than you want. I would also look at all of the Artemesias. I have the teucrium growing in my garden, you live close, are welcome to visit, have full Iris bloom right now. Carolyn
