I just started some seeds of Echium vulgare 'Blue
Bedder',the little European relative of the bigger
Echiums that are native to the Madeira and the Canaries.
Has anyone any experience with it? From what I can read,
since I started the seed, it seems to be commonly used
gardens in Great Britain and maybe in Europe, but is
considered a troublesome weed in Australia, Washington
state, and in much of Canada. Has anyone grown it? Has
it been hard to control? (If you have grown it, please
be sure to tell where you garden.) Thanks.
