At the risk of making myself unpopular here, may I say I'm a little shocked
at seeing this one bandied about. Its one of Australias worst noxious
weeds - covering a wide variety of habitats - ditto for New Zealand & in the
last decade is getting away in the South Western Cape at an exponential
rate.
Surely when a species has a proven track record as a horrendous garden
escapee world wide, then it shouldn't be played with.
I assume, for instance, nobody is growing Lantana camara anymore.
