I'd be great to meet you at Turtle Bay. My talk is scheduled for 1pm on Monday, 5/30, though a whole day of stuff is apparently planned (we start by walking across the famous SunDial Bridge to the east garden entrance where the ribbon cutting ceremony takes place!). I know that they will have a reduced admission on Monday, but I am not sure what it is. (www.turtlebay.org/arboretum/)
BTW - I have a number of slides of La Mortella in my presentation about mediterranean climate gardening.
