Almond tree

Hello,

Can anyone tell me why my almonds are falling off my Almond tree. It had a lot of almonds this year and at least 90% are laying on the ground. The tree is at least 25 years old. I have another almond tree about 40 feet away and although not loaded it has a nice covering of almonds. It is about 15 years old and I don't see any on the ground.
