Re: Germination ?Help!


The key to germation for lots of the Apiaceae seems to be really fresh
seed.  There is a deep red form of an Anthriscus that friends have had
trouble germinating, but I find if I collect the seed and sow it
immediately, it comes up pretty well.  Same with Angelica gigas.  If you
have trouble, you might also try stratification though I'm not sure if
they need it or not.
