The reason we have all these rules and regulations is because so many people
fear repercussions if something happens.
AS for plants Kikuyu ( P. clandestinum.....heh good species
name....secret, yeah it secret, half the time you dont know where its gotten
itself into) As i said in a post i sent a few minutes ago, kikuyu is an
extremely feared pest. Ive been in a small oak wood where all the native
mints and poison oak ( hey it protects the trees from people carving initials
into them) were totally gone and the only thing you saw was the stems and
leaves of kikuyu everywhere. It also formed a thick thatch and caught oak
leaves so that barely anything got a foot hold under the trees.
