I am trying to identify I vegetable I had while in Italy. I asked my cousin
to send me some seeds and I ended up receive cauliflower seeds, close but no
cigar. My guess is that Alesandra knows this plant well, I will attempt to
describe it.
First let me say that my Italians cousins simply refer to it a Broccoli.
However, we all know what Broccoli here in the U S looks like. This plant,
although similar in taste looks like a green or perhaps chartreuse
cauliflower. It is a large head and the flower or florets appear in a swirl
pattern. My apologies for the poor description but that is the best I can do.
They cook it for a long time and it does not fall apart. I would dearly love
to I D it, and hopefully procure some seeds for my vegetable patch. Any help
greatly appreciated
Ray
