Fw: Brasilia

Charles Butler wrote asking if anyone else was having problems receiving
all the messages.  I did not receive the the ones he referred too.

Also, Richard Defresne has responded to the 'Brasilia' topic - I had
done so when there was a problem sending to the list a few days ago.
