Elly, long ago when I was in Albequerque, I visited Plants of the
Southwest, which was a nursery that offered plants native to the Southwest
(emphasis on NM, AZ and the desert areas of eastern CA). I still have some
of the seeds I bought there and while I've not been terribly succesful in
starting them, I mostly attribute it to a lack of attention on my part.
Anyway, it was a fantastic nursery and if it is still there, I'd highly
recommend it.
