Tim's quite right Yvonne, under the rules laid down by the EU
non-prohibited plants can be moved between all member states.  You
need to contact the Greek equivalent of the department of environment
in order to get a list of prohibited plants for that country.  If your
favourite garden plants are not listed, you should be able to import
them with few problems.  That's the theory anyway and that's how it
should work - in practice, well......
