Barbara,
If you have the plants under the skylight or under the
plastic containers, there is no reason to move them
out of the sun.The only factors you should worry about
are ventilation and moisture.Inadequate ventilation
along with increased moisture sets up rot.Lack of
water
will cause dehydration and if these plants are in the
ground during a hard freeze, allow the plant cells to
literally explode.If these plants are in pots,they can
be moved to a garage or other protected place but they
will need ample sunlight during the day to avoid them
becoming "leggy".Hope this helps.
