Bush Morning Glory

I am looking for plants to grow beyond the limits of my irrigation system, and came across Ipomoea fistulosa on the internet. Described as drought tolerant and a prolific bloomer it would seem ideal. It is not available in Cyprus and I wonder if anyone knows a supplier that sends seed abroad. Onaleeseeds.com list it but are out of stock.
