Does anyone know if the water blast treatment works because the aphids get
forcefully removed leaving behind their stylets still lodged in the plant
tissue? Perhaps they can't grow new stylets and starve where they land,
having been abandoned by the ants. I can imagine ants rescuing the healthy
members of their scatered flock.
