the campus is kind of a long drive through the main gate. Its within
the woods. I must say their arboretum has a nice selection of aussie
plants. Anyways, the campus is huge. One of the reasons i decided not
to attend there was the fact i get lost everytime i visit! I hear
theres 8 separate colleges within the university. I love the campus but
its just too big for me.
My school (Cal state University Monterey Bay) is new but theyre using
lots of natives for the plantings around the main quad. THey have a
very new oak woodland garden (wont fill out til 2018 =) )with many
examples of oak woodland plants.
