Actually I've repeated the story to a hundred people that it was the
basketball team, and that they used to slither onto the court on their
bellies unrolling strips of cellophane behind them. Sure hope it's true
(and likewise the story that a leading cause of wrecks on the highway
through the mountains is herds of banana slugs crossing the road).

managed to find the Arboretum (not too hard since it's just inside the
front gate) and the Student Union, but never did find the _campus___
