I find one species in FLOWERS OF SOUTHWEST EUROPE [Polunin and Smythies]:
S. monspeliensis which is a common pink flowered species in the area.
S.lucida is in cultivation. It's pink-flowered, but usually low growing
[in cult. at least], and is a mountain species.
there may be others, for which you'd have to check a comprehensive flora
like FLORA EUROPA.
I have yet to meet a scabius that isn't easy to cultivate with reasonable
drainage in our dry-summer area.
