This really sounds like a  question that will stump the experts.  You don't
give a lot if information to go on.  It would help if you could more fully
describe the plant and flower with details such as -  Is this a monocot or
dicot? Alternate/opposite leafed? All basal? How many petals/sepals in the
flowers?  Shape and size of petals?  Description of corrolla.  Where is the
ovary in relation to petal attachment? Stamens? How are the flowers arranged
on the plant? You might just try taking/sending  the photo to a botanical
garden and asking the staff.
