Another book, more recent, is David Jones "Cycads of the World" (I think
it's called. -- I was just looking something up in my copy yesterday, as a
friend has just bought a property chockablock with burrawangs and I'm
transplanting a few. But I can't remember the publisher or date, late
eighties probably as I got it second hand a few years ago). Very readable;
evolution, conservation, economic uses, propagation, cultivation, pests,
diseases, etc, plus details and excellent pickies of every known species.
