The Parks Department in my municipality uses Charles Grimaldi for summer displays along with Tibouchina, cannas, castor beans and lots of smaller plants. We have magnificent gardens to enjoy as we wait for a traffic light to change, or visit a library or government building. The shrubs are about 2 metres high, and will be dug up soon to spend the winter inside a greenhouse. The beds will be replanted with winter-flowering pansies, primroses, stocks and tulips.
