Re: Fall vegetables


Pea shoots are a wonderful fall crop and a favorite at
my house. We saute them with garlic and ginger and
then add a sprinkle of high quality soy sauce. If you
don't want to grow your own they are usually available
in Asian produce markets for those of us lucky enough
to have them nearby.
