I am by far not an expert on Frangipani's but do have several in various
colors. I potted mine into bigger pots this year with a mixture of 1/3
organic humus, 1/3 Landscaper's Mix from Home Depot (looks like finely
ground tree bark) and 1/3 sand.
I put the sand in the bottom of the pot for drainage and mixed the humus
and bark together to lighten the soil and mixed with a little sand to
hold it all together. They have all grown like weeds and look very
healthy.
