Re: Another mystery tree

Well, you've got me checking all my books.

The leaves seem to be the right shape, but the books say it flowers
when leafless, and my tree is never leafless. This might be because
it is in my greenhouse, but the fig always loses its leaves for a
couple of months in there, and so do all the grapes. It is humid in
there, though, and trees that lose their leaves in the dry season
might need some sort of trigger that my greenhouse doesn't provide.

All the dombeya leaves I have pictures for look soft and hairy. This
is shiny, and if you rub it, it gets even shinier.
