Euphorbia boo-boo

I did something so dumb that I would be embarrassed to admit it, if I didn't need your suggestions.

I trimmed Euphorbia in a short sleeved shirt and shorts. And got it all over me. And only spot washed afterwards.

And now I itch all over. Welts and bumps eveywhere.

Anyone got any suggestions?
