September issue of Australian Plants online

Hello from SGAP

The September issue of APOL is now available at the SGAP home page:

http://www.ozemail.com.au/~sgap/

It was a bit of a squeeze getting this issue onto the server...we have 9
megabytes and seem to have filled it up! Please let me know if any part of
the issue seems to be missing. I've tested it and it seems OK but, as the
issue involves almost 100 files, anything is possible.

It's likely that the SGAP page will be moving to a new home before the end
of the year. I'll make sure that everyone is advised ....we don't want to
lose anybody!

The September issue features:
* Floral Emblems 7 - The Red and Green Kangaroo Paw
* The Quondong - unique fruit from the desert
* Propagating the Quandong
* Guests and Pests!- Australian plants overseas
* Australian Native Poisonous Plants
* Protecting and creating habitat in bushland and local parks and gardens
* Australian Hibiscus (and relatives) in Pots

* Short Items; From tree to seed - early root formation may affect later
growth; Tea tree oil; The "Bog Method" of seed germination; Viruses and
orchids; Eremophila racemosa - Back from the brink; Eight ways to kill
cuttings

.....as well as Mailbox, top net sites, book reviews and more.

Best wishes,
Brian
