Ellen (and all other seedaholics)
might want to consider joining the the North American Rock Garden Society
(NARGS). Last year's seed exchange had over 6000 varieties of seeds from
around the world; sources are stated so one gets some feel for the kind of
climate the plants tolerate.
Look for details on the NARGS web page
http://www.nargs.org
You'll find membership info and a list of the varieties offered in the
1996-1997 exchange.
