Sick Eucalypts
Hope this is an isolated situation. A stand of between 200-300 eucalypts on
the central Calif. coast is dying by all appearances. The leaves are covered
with black dots that open and it appears some white substance comes out. The
trees look quite awful, the leaves are dropping at a great rate.A bit
frightening as there are miles of them nearby. Does anyone have a clue what
is going on? The Dept. of Ag man came and was shocked but didn't have a clue
what the problem is. We are calling others to come for a look.
