I'm trying to document the flowering trees of San Luis Obispo as
they bloom. I am putting pictures on my page of the tree, the flower and
the leaf of each tree and placing them in a files by month.
I've just had a pair of trees blooming that I thought were the
same. When I took samples of the flower of each I find the capsules quite
different. The leaves do not appear identical, only similar. The tree is
what used to be called Eucalyptus ficifolia which I understand from this
list has been transferred to Corymbia.
I invite you to visit and send me your thoughts.
